Return policy

You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the goods, without stating reasons, unless a legal exception applies.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are clearly personalized by their nature or in other cases expressly provided by law.

Antique products are fragile and valuable items that require special care during handling and transport.

• Professional packaging: the product must be packed with adequate protective materials.
• Specialized courier: shipment should be insured and handled by operators experienced with fragile goods.
• Damage responsibility: if the product is returned damaged because of inadequate packaging, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the decrease in value.
• Inspection on receipt: we verify the condition of the returned product and packaging upon arrival.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, apart from handling necessary to inspect it.
• Original documentation, if any, should be included.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
